Description:
Starting October 25th through the 27th from 10-4pm, the Learning Café will hold events that are aimed at introducing students, faculty and staff to the latest technologies available on the market. With events such as a Technology Showcase, Presentations, and Workshops, the Learning Café is sure to appeal to just about anyone, be it PC or Mac, HTC or iPhone, even the classic Tea or Coffee types. In addition there will be a drop-in help desk resolving any problems you may have with your computer.
A Photo Competition display showing the artistic talents of students on campus will also be part of the Learning Café. Voting on those photographs will take place throughout the event, so be sure to drop by!
There will be FREE drink and snack vouchers for the Café, and even if you don’t feel like soaking up some tech you can relax in the “collaboration area” of the Learning Café, where you can lounge in comfortable beanbags to take a break and chat with colleagues.
