Description: Health professional students are encouraged to meet and chat with over 30 community and patient organizations – learn about your future patients and the resources that are available for them. Gain understanding of the patient and community experience from our expert Patient Panelists, including health professionals, organization representatives, and individuals living with chronic health conditions. Come visit for free coffee and snacks and points in your Interprofessional Education Passport!
