Project Management 6: Communicating Progress to Clients and Management

Description: This course can be applied to the UBC Award of Achievement in Project Management Using Microsoft® Project.
Discover how to report on the progress of a project to stakeholders and management. Find out how to customize and standardize progress reports across multiple projects, capture actual progress, create new reports with tables and views, automate repetitive reports with macros, and use project data on the Web in word processing documents and for graphical reporting. This course is held in a computer lab.
Note: Project Management 1 and 2 (IG101 and IG102) or equivalent experience is recommended.
