From pandemic pedagogies to the proliferation of generative artificial intelligence, post-secondary educators have recently had to manage the destabilizing effects of much uncertainty and change. In this presentation we will consider some ways in which educators and institutions can embrace and support meaningful change that serves our core mission to widen equitable access, empower learners, cultivate critical consciousness, and lead societal transformation.
