International Cuisine and Wine Pairing takes you on a culinary voyage around the world. Enjoy regional dishes accompanied by delicious yet budget-conscious wines (under $20). Create delectable meals inspired by the bountiful valleys of France or the sunny shores of Italy, paired with surprisingly affordable wines such as velvety Merlot and more complex red wine blends. Explore the multicultural cuisines of South Africa, Argentina, and Canada, and craft menus that are perfectly paired with affordable wines from these countries.

These hands-on classes can be taken as a series or individually. Each evening culminates with a chance to enjoy the full multi-course meal you have helped to create with your fellow classmates, paired with a thoughtfully selected glass of wine. Choose one or more topics at $137 per course, or register for all five for $580.
