This popular one-day workshop teaches you how to be “hard on the problem, yet soft on the people.” Examine the roots and patterns of conflict situations and discover how to turn conflicts into creative problem solving. Review crucial communication skills, explore ways to manage anger (in yourself and others), and learn how to be assertive without being aggressive. The interactive workshop format encourages you to personalize your learning experience.
