Name: Peer Review of Teaching Forum
Date: Tuesday, October 30
Location: Irving K. Barber Learning Centre, Dodson Room
Time: 12:00pm – 2:00pm
Description: Over the last two years, Faculties have been working with CTLT to develop their own faculty-specific plans for implementation of the formal peer review of teaching. At the point where Faculties begin to operationalize these plans into the annual cycle for promotion and tenure, this forum offers an opportunity to take stock and learn from best practices developed and deployed around the University. It will consist of input from a variety of stakeholders, including Faculty nominees who have developed plans for their area, the views of reviewers and reviewees and discussion / interactive sessions designed to enable participants contribute challenges and opportunities from their own subject areas. The workshop is open to all with an interest in Peer Review of Teaching: faculty (acting as reviewers or reviewees); Associate Deans / Faculty nominees for PRT; Heads of Department.
Lunch will be provided.
