Description: Dr. Dawn Garbett will share her experiences as a teacher of student teachers, and reflect on how her teacher education practices have been challenged through the process of re-positioning herself as a novice and learner. Dr. Garbett is Associate Dean, Teaching and Learning, and Principal Lecturer in the School of Science, Mathematics and Technology, Faculty of Education, University of Auckland.
